The location was very convenient for sightseeing.
During my two-night stay, the towels were disappointing-thin and too small for comfort. There was also quite a lot of noise coming in from adjacent rooms, difficult to get a good night's sleep. This experience left me feeling a bit frustrated, as I had hoped for a quieter environment.

the location very close to downtown was excellent and stunning. had practical and airy triple room with a hot tub and wake-up service was available in it. the staff there were affable and attentive.
The bed was uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

Its location is great, so close to enclosed garden area as well as all shops and restaurants, cute area. They offer good breakfast in the garden. The staff are excellent and affable, managed the parking on site.

A picturesque getaway awaits!
Our mornings began with a good buffet, surrounded by a beautiful garden that seemed like a hidden paradise. The staff was genuinely warm and assisted with everything we needed.
Unfortunately, the walls were a bit thin, great to hear the hustle and bustle from neighboring rooms, which could be distracting at times.

great stay but minor improvements needed
The room was ample with comfortable beds that allowed us to sleep well. We enjoyed leveraging the nice balcony overlooking the fine mountain view. The staff was great, always ready to make solid recommendations for local hot springs. The water bottle refill station was a thoughtful touch!
Breakfast variety could be improved.

Magical, Majestic, Nice
This place is pure magic! The garden is sprinkled with flowers. The staff were pretty good, even introducing us to the talented cooks after our amazing dinners. Plus, waking up in a spacious room with comfy beds and a fine mountain view was lovely!
